whether you are celebrating at someone else’s or hosting, you might have to cook something. i always host, it just happens. so although i prepare really easy dishes, because hey i am a mom too, i also have to serve some good stuff right?
tomorrow we are doing it easy, bbq. some steaks, burgers, hot dogs for the kids and a couple sides. on occasion we have done an early brunch because we usually have to travel on mother’s day, not this year however. when we do do brunch i like to make it simple. a great pot of coffee, eggs (or look here), some muffins or scones, and possibly a tart.
