• i head of cauliflower
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3 tbl herb butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2-3 pinches of curry powder
  • 1 cup panko

you are going to hate me. especially if you are not the kind of person who adds a pinch of this and a pinch of that.

seriously, my best dishes…i add by pinches.

it’s my favorite way to cook.

i should write a poem about pinches…the problem is i suck at rhyming. my 5 year old has me convinced i have to rhyme to write a poem. 5 year olds…love them.

meanwhile, cauliflower and curry. yum. there was other stuff at this meal…i only ate this.

cauliflower curry bake

you can of course use plain old butter for this…but the herb butter…yum.

  1. to an oven proof baking dish add cauliflower, garlic, sliced onion, 1.5 tbl herb butter cubed, olive oil, salt, pepper, curry and a half a cup of panko. mix together.
  2. to the top sprinkle over the last of the panko and the last tbl of herb butter.
  3. bake at 400 for about 25-30 minutes.
