my son is not superman and he can not fly…
playing super-hero’s while mommy builds a fire to roast marshmallows is now outlawed. tree swings are no longer allowed to be dove through and i no longer keep my phone in my back pocket because butt dialing your husband while your child screams in agony is never good.
um yeah…so that’s where i have been. you?
sigh…
so anyway, did you know your supposed to celebrate broken arms? we made ice pops. cause really, how else do you celebrate? actually, i guess i could of baked a cake, but he is having problems holding his fork. and really, i don’t have time to bake a cake.
so, he picked the flavors, i added some yogurt. there was smiling, and not just because of his new found stardom at school…apparently broken limbs are totally awesome. he’s like a rockstar now…
we blended, we froze, we smiled. and then he told me i was the best mom ever. cause i am, sometimes…
